For years I struggled with physical complaints and low energy. Through targeted breathing training and nutritional interventions I regained my vitality. I now mainly help women increase their energy levels and resilience with breath training, coaching and Omega‑3 testing. My goal is to take you from merely surviving to truly living, with attention to breathing space, nutrition and rest.
