I am Annemieke van der Sar, though during my time in Africa, I was always called Dr. Anna. As a general practitioner with extensive clinical experience and a passion for people, I believe in looking at the person as a whole—body, soul, and mind. As a mother of three sons and with years of experience as a tropical doctor, I can easily empathize with the situations others face. My focus is always on what is possible through creative solutions, and I help people discover what they need to restore their health and energy.

I specialize in lifestyle medicine and have further developed my expertise through various advanced training programs, including Functional Medicine. What drives me is finding the root cause of health issues and offering practical solutions that truly work, so that people can do what they were meant to do with as much energy as possible. That is my passion: the person sitting across from me and the potential they hold. My strength lies in listening to people, finding solutions together, and collaborating with other specialists to provide the best possible care.
