In 2021 I discovered the power of conscious breathing. Since then I have been helping others reconnect with their core and reduce stress through breath coaching. I combine this with Reiki and am training to become a relaxation masseuse. Through individual sessions, breath circles and workshops I create space for inner peace and energy.
