As a single mother and entrepreneur I once got stuck in my head. Breathwork brought me back into my body and gave me direction. Now I help others break patterns and come closer to themselves through breathing circles, one‑on‑one sessions, coaching and retreats. With a mix of gentleness and directness I invite you to live from your own core.
