As a senior breathing trainer and yoga therapist I see in one breath the strength, softness and connection of life. I experience daily how the right breathing technique can change physical and mental well‑being — whether it's speaking before groups, sports or stress. My passion is to combine techniques so that everyone can use their breath to live healthy and happy.
