After ten years as a body‑oriented therapist, dancer and NLP trainer I still felt blocked. Through my own breath I found flow and was able to live from my essence. With breathwork, bodywork and transformational training I now help others feel their true self, trust their mind‑body connection and bring body, mind and soul into balance.
