I am Jan Middel, a VESB‑recognized coach and consultant specialized in stress prevention, burnout and vitality within organizations. Working with people gives me a lot of energy. I support people who have lost themselves or are stuck, for example after an intensive treatment for complex PTSD. I have over 40 years of experience in healthcare and social work — from nurse to manager — and I believe that every person carries solutions within themselves. My strength lies in quickly getting to the core and tackling that core together with you. My mission is that you discover what is truly valuable to you, come into balance with yourself, your environment and your work, and can flourish like a tree growing by the water.
