I am Jan Middel, a VESB-accredited coach and consultant specialising in stress prevention, burn-out and vitality in organisations. Working with people gives me great energy. I support people who have lost sight of themselves or are stuck, for example, after intensive treatment for complex PTSD. With more than 40 years of experience in healthcare and social work — from nurse to manager — I believe everyone carries their own solutions within. My strength lies in getting to the heart of the matter quickly, and together with you, tackling that core. My mission is for you to discover what’s truly valuable to you, to find balance between yourself, your environment and your work, and to flourish like a tree growing by the water.
