Jolanda is a mother of two and a yoga enthusiast. After a plant ceremony she decided to become a yoga teacher and discovered the power of breathwork to reach the subconscious. As a breath coach, Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner she guides people from head to heart. She organizes group and individual breath sessions, yoga classes, Reiki treatments, sound sessions and retreats to help people break patterns.
