I have been working at Fysio Braakhuizen since 2014 and I enjoy working there.
I graduated as a physiotherapist in 1995 and completed my post-higher professional education as a lifestyle coach in 2020.
As a lifestyle coach (since 2020), I guide clients to a healthier lifestyle so that they will experience a better quality of life. I strive for clients to understand why it is important to work towards a healthier lifestyle through behavioral change. That change takes small steps, so that people can also keep it up.
Since the end of 2025, I have also been a breath coach. Calm and healthy breathing can affect a lot of physical and mental complaints.
