Kay is a certified breath coach (Holos Academy Utrecht) with a background in Delft and the digital innovation world. She discovered that the body has its own intelligence and that connected breathing gives a feeling of coming home. In her sessions she combines breathwork and gentle touch to release emotions and energy. She has trained in energetic perception and Reiki and is described as gentle, playful and loving.
