I am Patricia Broos, a nurse, MELT® instructor and accredited Lifestyle Coach (BLCN). Having dealt with chronic back pain since my teens—starting with sport injuries and heavy lifting and eventually dependence on painkillers—I chose to help others who refuse to accept that pain defines their lives.
