Sandrine is a holistic therapist, nurse and founder of WEERinREGIE. After personal traumas and losses she lost contact with her body and found her way back through body‑oriented therapy and self‑care. She helps women with cancer, trauma, loss or burnout to regain control, take better care of themselves and learn to feel their body's signals. She provides trainings and an Academy for Selfcare and is affiliated with the CAT Collective.
