I guide people to find their recovery and personal strength through the breath. In my programmes I combine breath coaching, burnout guidance, bodywork, movement, massage and ice baths. I draw inspiration from pioneers such as Kasper van der Meulen and Wim Hof; I use techniques such as walking, breathing and cold to regulate your stress system and become more vital.
