I am a certified Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor and I help people restore functional breathing patterns. Scientifically based, and always tailored to your own rhythm and body.

My work is at the cutting edge of biochemistry and body wisdom. In addition to breathing training, I work with movement, because what you see in the breath is reflected in your posture, your tension level and your energy. Everything in the body is interrelated and influences each other.

In addition to my practice, I work in shifts. So I know exactly what it feels like to find structure and recovery in an irregular rhythm. That makes my guidance practical and applicable in real life.
