After childhood traumas I found the power of conscious breathing through meditation, Kundalini yoga and the Wim Hof method. I trained at the Breath Academy, Kalmte & Kracht and studied heart coherence and polyvagal theory. In my practice 鈥楢dem en Bewust-Zijn鈥?I integrate various breathing techniques, cold training and Yoga Nidra to release stress and help people live in light and love.
