Years ago my interest was sparked by the self‑healing ability of our body. The trigger was a burnout in which my body and mind signaled that something needed to change. Since then I have been delving into mental health and discovered that body and mind are inextricably connected. The body is a beautiful instrument that has many stories to tell us: we just need to listen and act accordingly. I love to share this with you through breath and bodywork, yoga and meditation, because I believe that investing in your health is the most valuable thing you can get back.
