Years ago, my interest was sparked by the self-healing capacity of our body. The trigger was a burn-out during which my body and mind signalled that something needed to change. Since then I have delved deeply into (mental) health and discovered that body and mind are inseparably connected. The body is a beautiful instrument that has many stories to tell: we only need to listen and act. I like to share this with you through breath- and body work, yoga and meditation, because I believe investing in your health is the most valuable thing you can receive back.
