I am Nina Kalnay, founder of YINA – a breathwork and body‑oriented stress regulation studio in Drongen. I believe we don't end up on this website by accident; maybe you have long felt that something isn't right: you're tired, irritable, your head never rests. I too worked for years on willpower until my body stopped me. On that journey I discovered how miraculous conscious breathing is. At YINA I guide breathwork that helps you slow down, relax and come home to yourself. Not because I know better, but because I have experienced how profound the impact can be: it can pull you out of a vicious circle and increase your resilience. I plant seeds: small insights, breathing exercises, moments of awareness that land at just the right time. And if you want, I'll walk a bit of the path with you.
