I am Nina Kalnay, founder of YINA — breathwork and body-oriented stress regulation studio in Drongen. I believe that we did not end up on this website by chance; you may have been feeling that something is wrong for a long time: you are tired, irritated, your head never rests. I also worked on willpower for years, until my body stopped me. During that trip, I discovered how conscious breathing works wonders. At YINA, I supervise breathwork that helps you slow down, relax and come home to yourself. Not because I know better, but because I've experienced for myself how profound the impact can be: it can get you out of a vicious cycle, increase your resilience. I plant seeds: small insights, breathing exercises, moments of awareness that land just at the right time. And if you want, I'll walk along your path for a bit.
