After almost ten years of complaints such as back and neck tension, headaches and fatigue he discovered the positive effects of efficient breathing. He now feels relaxed, energetic and clear. With Hero breath coaching he teaches others to lower their breathing frequency and thus reduce stress, hyperventilation and fatigue.
