The Sports Trust Program

Every week, you will discover a new exercise from Sportrusten's breath coach course. As always, you will be guided by the vibrations of the Pebbles and the sessions in the Glimp app.

Week 1: Box breathing

The breathing exercise that has been the subject of most scientific research. A powerful exercise to calm down in any situation.

Week 2: Observation exercise

Sports rest's favorite exercise. In the short term, the most boring exercise there is, in the long term, the most powerful exercise there is.

Week 3: Breathing stops

Hop hop, out for a walk with breathing stops. Good for your mood and for your CO2 tolerance.

Week 4: Sports rest exercise

The exercise in front of a traffic jam, during a meeting or after a complicated conversation. Exhale longer: gold!

Week 5: Retention Breathing

A tough exercise for more color in your life. Then you know again that you are human and that you are alive.
