My Pebbles don't go out

The Pebbles are designed to automatically switch to an energy-efficient sleep mode after a period of inactivity. When you're done using them, just put them aside for a while and they should go into sleep mode on their own.

If your Pebbles doesn't shut down or goes into sleep mode as expected, here are some steps to fix the problem:

  1. Check if there are any ongoing sessions: Check both your app and device and make sure no session is playing.
  2. Check if there is continuous activity: Make sure nothing continuously activates the Pebbles. For example, if they're in a position where the sensors are pressed or they're moving, they may not enter sleep mode.
  3. Check LED indicators: Note the LED indicators on the Pebbles. If they stay red, it may indicate a problem. Contact Glimp Customer Service for further guidance and support.
