The Pebbles are designed to automatically enter a low-power sleep mode after a period of inactivity. If you've finished using them, simply set them aside for a while and they should go into sleep mode on their own.

If your Pebbles are not turning off or entering sleep mode as expected, here are some steps to address the issue:

  1. Check for ongoing sessions: Check your app as well as your device and ensure that no session is playing.
  2. Check for Continuous Activity: Ensure nothing is continuously activating the Pebbles. For instance, if they are in a position where the sensors are being pressed or if they're moving, they might not enter sleep mode.
  3. Check the LED Indicators: Observe the LED indicators on the Pebbles. If they remain red, it could indicate an issue. Please contact Glimp's customer support team for further guidance and support.
